Pre-Orders & Cancellation Policy

Some products offered on battleroundsa.com may be sold as pre-orders. This policy governs all pre-order purchases and forms a binding part of our Terms & Conditions.

By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order is the purchase of a product that is not currently in stock or not yet released and therefore not available for immediate delivery.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • A non-refundable deposit or full payment (as specified on the product page) will be collected at checkout

  • The product will be fulfilled at a future date once available

  • Any release dates, availability dates, or delivery estimates provided are approximate only and not guaranteed

  • Delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, couriers, customs authorities, or other third parties do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

A pre-order may only be cancelled if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The order has not been fulfilled, processed, or dispatched

  • The cancellation request is submitted within five (5) calendar days of placing the order

  • The cancellation request is submitted more than five (5) calendar days prior to the official product release date

Cancellation requests that do not meet all of the above criteria will be automatically rejected.

Non-Cancellable Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are strictly non-cancellable under the following circumstances:

  • Five (5) or more calendar days have elapsed since the order was placed

  • The cancellation request is made within five (5) calendar days of the product release date

  • The order has been fulfilled, processed, allocated, or dispatched

  • The product has been ordered or allocated specifically to the customer

Once a pre-order becomes non-cancellable, it is considered a final sale.

Refunds & Returns

Approved cancellations (where eligible) will be refunded at our sole discretion to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

All fulfilled pre-orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delays outside of our control

  • Supplier or manufacturer production delays

Delays, Changes & Unavailability

Battleroundsa.com reserves the right to:

  • Modify expected release or delivery dates without prior notice

  • Cancel a pre-order if the product becomes unavailable or discontinued

In cases where fulfillment becomes impossible, any refund, store credit, or alternative resolution will be determined solely at our discretion, and such resolution shall constitute full and final settlement.

Customer Acknowledgment & Responsibility

By placing a pre-order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Pre-orders involve inherent uncertainty and potential delays

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are subject to change

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review all pre-order terms before purchase

  • Failure to read or understand this policy does not exempt the customer from its terms

بإتمام الطلب المسبق، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه السياسة وفهمتها ووافقت عليها.

الطلبات المسبقة

الطلب المسبق هو شراء منتج غير متوفر حاليًا في المخزون أو لم يتم إطلاقه بعد.

وبإتمام الطلب، فإنك توافق على ما يلي:

  • سيتم تحصيل دفعة غير قابلة للاسترداد أو المبلغ كاملًا (حسب ما هو موضح في صفحة المنتج)

  • سيتم تنفيذ الطلب في تاريخ لاحق عند توفر المنتج

  • جميع تواريخ الإصدار والتسليم تقديرية وغير مضمونة

  • أي تأخير ناتج عن الشركة المصنعة أو المورد أو الشحن أو الجمارك لا يشكل سببًا للإلغاء أو الاسترداد

إلغاء الطلبات المسبقة

لا يجوز إلغاء الطلب المسبق إلا في حال توفر جميع الشروط التالية:

  • ألا يكون الطلب قد تم تنفيذه أو معالجته أو شحنه

  • تقديم طلب الإلغاء خلال خمسة (5) أيام تقويمية من تاريخ إنشاء الطلب

  • تقديم طلب الإلغاء قبل أكثر من خمسة (5) أيام من تاريخ الإصدار الرسمي للمنتج

أي طلب إلغاء لا يستوفي هذه الشروط سيتم رفضه تلقائيًا.

الطلبات غير القابلة للإلغاء

تُعد الطلبات المسبقة غير قابلة للإلغاء نهائيًا في الحالات التالية:

  • مرور خمسة (5) أيام أو أكثر على إنشاء الطلب

  • تقديم طلب الإلغاء خلال خمسة (5) أيام من تاريخ الإصدار

  • تنفيذ الطلب أو تخصيصه أو شحنه

  • طلب المنتج أو تخصيصه خصيصًا للعميل

الاسترداد والإرجاع

تخضع أي عمليات استرداد معتمدة لتقديرنا المطلق.

جميع الطلبات المسبقة التي تم تنفيذها تخضع لـ سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد. لا يتم تقديم استرداد في حالات:

  • تغيير الرأي

  • التأخير خارج عن سيطرتنا

  • تأخيرات الإنتاج من المورد أو الشركة المصنعة

التأخيرات والتعديلات

نحتفظ بالحق في:

  • تعديل تواريخ الإصدار أو التسليم دون إشعار مسبق

  • إلغاء الطلب المسبق في حال عدم توفر المنتج

وفي حال تعذر التنفيذ، فإن أي حل مقدم (استرداد أو رصيد متجر) يُعد تسوية نهائية وكاملة.
